A duka does not need a hotel POS. It needs a cashier who can scan or tap, take cash and M-Pesa, and an owner who sees what sold while they are at the supplier. That is POS for small shops in Kenya.
Start on the phone you have
Android POS is enough for one attendant. Add a scanner when queues grow. Import the product list from a book or spreadsheet. Use one manager login for price changes so the shop cannot silently discount below cost.
